Exciting Opportunities and Recognitions for Students at ICEEICT 2024


ICEEICT consistently supports IEEE initiatives and encourages student participation in various events. We are pleased to announce that both national and international students will benefit from significantly reduced registration fees. For international students and authors there is an opportunity to apply for several travel grants, each valued at 150 USD.

Furthermore, we are excited to recognize and reward excellence among student contributors. The top 10 student papers will receive special distinctions and enjoy a complimentary waiver of registration fees. Additionally, we have instituted awards sponsored by IEEE BD Section and ICEEICT for the Best Paper, Best Poster, and Best Presentation, aiming to promote and celebrate technological excellence within the IEEE community.

We look forward to your active participation and the chance to celebrate outstanding contributions in the field of IEEE at ICEEICT.


Registration Form Submission


For Presenting Authors:

If the presenting authors have not submitted the Camera Ready Paper in CMT Author’s portal, go to the following link for guideline



 Once the Camera Ready Paper is submitted and registration fees of appropriate category is paid (see registration fee table and payment method below), the authors must complete the registration process by filling the given Registration form

For Participants/ Non-presenting Authors:

To register as a non-presenting author/participant, see the registration and payment fees given in the section below and complete the payment.

After the payment, you should have the following documents ready to complete the registration form in the given link below:

For Conference Delegates (Session Chairs / Track Chairs / Reviewers):

This category registration requires a prior invitation sent from the ICEEICT TPC.

To register as a conference delegate (Session Chair / Track Chair / Reviewer ), please fill up the necessary registration information in the form below. Please select your role as "Session Chair " , "Track Chair " or "Reviewer", as appropriate.

NOTE:
Each registered author/participant will receive a certificate and conference kit/souvenir along with the invitation to the opening and closing ceremony if attended in person.
Each paper requires a separate registration.
Registrations are non-transferrable. This means that only the authors who are registered can participate and present their papers at the conference.
